Located in the Emilian hills

Casa Antonietto is located in the Emilian hills 50 kilometers north of Tuscany in Emilia Romagna. It is a part of 'the true Italy', better known as the 'Italian breadbasket'. The house stands right outside the small village of Coscogno in the midst of a panoramic view of beautiful nature. It is 35 kilometers south of Modena and 50 kilometers from Bologna and its airport. There are lots of exciting trips possible in the area.

Our place is very suitable for a family holiday of several generations who want to spend time together. There is a unique and special peace around Casa Antonietto which gives wonderful possibilities for relaxing and reflecting. It creates the perfect conditions for a holiday with time for absorption, mindfulness and yoga.

Newly restored stone houses

Casa Antonietto consists of three buildings. Two of them are quest houses; Casa Grande is the largest quest house and has three double bedrooms and Casa Piccola has one bedroom. In the largest structure we have rooms used for courses, retreats or meetings. Casa Antonietto is an old, but newly restored house made of stones. The oldest part of the house dates back to the 1600s. The restoration was thorough with many of the architectural details preserved. Since the house is situated on a hill, it has many different levels which adds to its true charm.

ABOUT ME

I live in the house next door with my boyfriend Lars. I am always available as a guide, prepared with great tips for wonderful experiences and great restaurants. If you feel like becoming absorbed in Italian cooking we have contacts with local producers. It is also possible to visit and watch the production of Parmesan cheese, balsamic vinegar and Lambrusco wine.. all originated in our area.
