tERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply if you book directly with me.
All prices are in Euros.
Prices include electricity (not for cars), gas and water.
The apartments must not be occupied by more than their designed number of persons.
The rental period is from 16:00 the day you arrive to 10:00 the day you leave , unless otherwise agreed in advance.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rent is required within one week after making the reservation.
The remaining amount must be received eight weeks before the rental period begins.
Cancellation within eight weeks of the first day of rental period forfeits the entire rental amount.
During the heating season, metered heat is in addition to the above utilities.
